Sept. 2nd- I started my Student Teaching at Copperhills High School in West Jordan and it is going soooooo well. I love my mentor teacher Charlotte Vanwagenen. She told me that she asked for the best becuase she is pretty protective and Dr. Erickson gave her me. She is young and gives me license to explore and change things. She is super helpful and thinks I'm fantastic. Her positive energy really helps me make things more lively and sets up a great lead to follow. I am scared about making mistakes and I'm not sure yet if I'm good at this or if I'll actually like it. I haven't started teaching yet so we'll see. I found a girl to carpool with, Denise. She teaches Math and I hope we will get along because we will be driving together for 2 hours everyday.
Andrew got a job doing graphic design for BYU Chinese Flagship. Yay for more of an income!
